The sun sets on
these old stones.
Glowing through the
ancient-like frame.
It appears nothing.
Granite slabs
concrete boulders
faded walls and arches
covered with graffiti.
The dam stands
dead monumenting man’s
attempts to harness
earth.
Now, abandoned by man
machines, it statics time.
But like the river, which rushes
underneath
it speaks
